Ya, waiting for that sale again. >:(
Even if only a weekend event for them to replenish their sad used video game collection, before the Christmas rush.

If anybody has success with I, Robot, please let me (or us here viewing) know. Last time they wouldn't let me trade it in because it wasn't in their system (I got it free with my player).

even they said it's $10 min but it's only the one which is on there list only, last time i tried to bring in couple of movie they didn't give me a $10 trade in credit.
so if you brought some at 2 for $16, i'll doubt they'll give you $10 credit

I still got my 5 free Not-For-Resale Blu-Rays (still sealed!) from buying a PS3 in January 2008, would they be accepted?

basically ya u coulda had a month free rental of unlimited blu-rays that were 2 for 16... 18 after tax.. so u even gain $2 lol

Only if they have a valid UPC code. If there is no UPC code and sales "not for resale" on the back of the blu-rays, then it will be hard to get BBV to accept them.

Some of those titles would not be accepted. I brought a whole bunch in a while back when they had the same promo and not everything was accepted.

I've tried trading in not for resale blu-rays/games before and they didn't take them...

i'm definitely sure they have a list of blu rays or else would be sweet to turn those 2 for $16 into 2 for $20 minus the tax. basically free rental and some change.

This better not be one of those deals where they say "Min $10 TIV on selected titles"

*probably*. I guess the Edmonton stores still aren't doing ANY trading-in (movies OR video games). In the past, I've done trade-ins of video games in Sherwood Park and St. Albert, so I would expect those would also be doing the BR trade-in deal.
Good luck! Hard to figure out why they don't take trades in Edmonton, esp. now that Future Shop and Best Buy have jumped into the market.

I traded in Afro Samurai S1 with a ripped UPC that wouldn't scan for $10 yesterday. She just manually searched for it. I had no idea it was $10 min.
