not that i know of, if u can wait till boxing week, last year office home and student went down to 59 or 49$ at every large retailer i saw

I dont' believe any of them come with it. If they have a special promotion you might be able to get it for cheaper.
If you need it you can either "download" it, or use similar software like open office.
If you are university student, you can get it for cheaper like $50, check the hot deals section.
