walked around Price Choppers today and saw the Arizona 1.24L bottles for $1 each.. normally the 750can goes for $1.. so get nearly 2x the amount for the same price! there was a few cases still in my area's store.. i took 1 case =P

normally i see these bottles for around $1.7 sometimes at TnT..

It's just a bit of sugar.

In controlled doses is no more harm than a chocolate bar every week or so.

It's just a bit of sugar.

In controlled doses is no more harm than a chocolate bar every week or so.

There's nothing really "wrong" with sugar- but then people are like oh it's just sugar, then see pie, candy, chips and oh...it's just this one time and it never ends.

If you can limit yourself to 1 or 2 drinks a week it is ok I guess.

I like sugary stuff A LOT :), but will save my sugar intake for yummier stuff...like pies and cakes I can actually enjoy more.

Also, now that I started to make my own iced tea, I find spending $1 to make 1 liter a lot...and I am buying expensive whole leaf teas also.

If you buy whole leaf teas you can usually reuse the leaves 3-5 times to make a pitcher of tea.
Works better for black tea I find, green can reuse 3 times...maybe 4 at most for me anyways.

I know it might be a bit more time consuming as you have to brew the leaves a few times, but I usually just have a picher in the fridge or 2.

That way I can also add as much sugar as I want, or no sugar, or honey ect.
Also you are saving the hard work or carrying all those bottles home, and taking out the recycling (if they have that where you live...here they do not recycle anymore, they taped the bins shut at the condo corp).

Anyways, it usually costs me .25 to .30 CENTS to make a 1 to 1.2 liter pot of tea.
I just put it in a water bottle once it is cold and keep int he fridge to take with me.
Also it is usually at most 5 or 10 callories per 1 liter, so I can save those extra callories for something really tasty...like some really yummy ice cream and pastries from the bakery or store!
