not interested in memorex, generic.

If you have a friend with a costco membership they sell TDK DVD-R 100 packs for $24.99 everyday.

I was in a Zellers a couple of weeks ago and saw Sony-labelled -R and +R cakes for $19.99.

I ordered from Sourcerite and got 100 Taiyo yuden for 24.99. Taiyo Yudens are one of my preferred brands for DVDr - never had issues with quality with them unlike memorex, and other off brands.

I'm 100% sure it was 100x Sony for $19.99, although I didn't buy any. Perhaps the make depends on the specific store's inventory and/or Sony private labels Maxell.

i dont know why you people have problems with the memorex brand as ive used these for a couple of years now exclusively, and have gone through dozens and dozens of spindles with no problems. perhaps its your burner; i use 4 sony burners in my comp.

Futureshop I belive has 100 pack for $29.99. I'm not sure but I think the brand is 'Verbatim.'
