Do non-moving violations (Plate Obstruction, Fail to provide proof, etc) appear on someones Driver Abstract from MTO?

Really? I had one of those (paid a $0 fine but was convicted) and I never saw it show up on mine. This was some years ago now though, was it changed?

Interesting, why would insurance companies care about the 'not carrying proof of ' convictions?

He's right. I just saw an abstract and it had a insurance item on it

I see them all the time on there. Its a minor conviction.
