Lanscape Architect - suggestions?

I need help with my backyard that backs onto the paartment building. Thus, I am looking for the landscape architect who can help me to come up with the plan how to make my backyard more private.

I don't know any in your specific area, but I would like to offer a tip. If possible get a designer that is associated in some way with a landscape maintenance company. They are more likely to receive feedback that causes them to design with ease of maintenance in mind. Just as an example, I had a designer create a grass border that was a few inches narrower than a standard lawn-mower deck's width. This just makes it a hassle to cut that area. A small example, but something to keep in mind.
