Does FutureShop price match Tiger Direct?

I want to get the DIR 615 router. It was on sale at FS last week for $49.99 but now it's $79.99 and Tiger Direct has it for $49.99

NO!!! Their price match policy is a joke. They have an exclusion that the vendor must be an authorized vendor. You present them an ad from Tiger Direct and they'll tell you TD isn't an authorized vendor. Tiger will tell you they are.

Yes, I tried it with a Logitech keyboard/mouse combo that TD blew them away on price. FS refused to honor the price match policy.

if its somthing with in their margins they may do it, but most times they will say no, and will tell you that tiger directs return policy has a restocking fee.

and realy if u want a price match from fs/bb are u realy doing it to save 10% of the diffrance(aka 5$) or because u trust their return policy more?

I did not do this with Futureshop. I PMed Bestbuy with Tigerdirect for the same router DIR-615 6 months ago ($59). I printed the product with the price and I priced matched with Bestbuy. BB customer service rep. looked at printout then validated by going online. She allowed me the lower price with 10% of the difference.
