Custom Photo Enlargements (Looking for 12x12)

I need to get some photos enlarged to 12x12.
I have checked Walmart and Shoppers and they do not do custom sizes. Does anyone know of a store that can do this.

Is it from a square negative? Or is it a digital file? If it is a digital file, just ask for a 12x16 print. You'll have to cut off the edges, but it is a standard print size.
