Any duty on frame orders from US sites?

I am interested in ordering some frames from Coastal Contacts since they are so much cheaper than Clearly Contacts. I want to know if there is any duty and if you know where they ship it from?

It's the same company and it's Canadian.
No duty.

My order with Coastal was mailed from Vancouver.
I would think they only send U.S. orders from the Blaine, Wa. Post Office.
They might be able to save some money mailing a larger package to Eastern Canada through the States, but I doubt they do that.
