Duct cleaning using Rotobrush System

Anyone has experience with Rotobrush duct cleaning system , how it perform for home duct cleaning ?? or I should try that traditional truck mounted system

I know a large company that advertises these. However they don't like to use them. From what I have heard they are more of a gimick than anything else. They do look cool though.
