Can anyone point me in the right direction for a Bodum (French Coffee Press) that is good quality but won't break the bank?
Tried the ONE they sell at Wal-Mart....CRAP.
Saw one at IKEA but not sure if it is of any good quality.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You can get pretty good knock offs at the Bay. You can get the real thing at a surprisingly decent price at the coffee section of Whole Foods (Yorkville, Oakville). I've even bought them off eBay.
Mmmm. Coffee.

Homesense/Winners has some decent ones.
That's where I bought mine.
I bought the one from Ikea as well, it's okay, but for 10 dollars what can you expect

Homesense/Winners has some decent ones.
+1 to homesense
they sell many different kinds...and also, look at getting a burr grinder if you don't already have one, they are essential for french press coffee.

Bay has full range. Winners carries the odd one occasionally but at much cheaper price if you can find. Older model usually.
