Any body tried Toureast's city stay tour of China cities?
Everything included as stated or tour guide will push extras?
would it be easy to navigate the city on your own?
will march temperatures suitable for tourists?

Never tried Toureast, can't tell u about them
But weather in Xi'an should be pretty good in March, avoid the summer months, it's pretty hot. Depending on how many days you are staying there, and if you know the language or not. It won't be hard to navigate, lots of cultural/historical sites, terracotta warriors is near by. You can rent bikes on the city wall to go around the old city. Take a bus to go to nearby sites.

It won't be easy to navigate on your own without knowing Mandarin. It can still be done, just make sure you get the Chinese name of the places that you want to go to. Please don't just write down the name in pinyin as not everyone can read and interpret what the place is.
March should be fine as I was there in June 2008 and it was hot! Depending on your skin colour, you might even be harassed by those English tour guides at major sites like the Terracotta Warriors.
