Luism, not to sound rude or anything, but considering you're in the market for a 40k+ vehicle, I'm pretty confident you can pony up the 40$ sign up cost to ccc. Btw, if you have a CAA card you get 25% off, so it'll be 30$ instead of 40$, and, they're giving you 10 vehicles you can look up instead of 5. I know this because I just signed up, interested in looking up a car. If I knew you were poor or hard up for cash I'd do it for you (and still might, if I have leftover), cause I don't think it's "unlimited", it's for 10 vehicles (and like I said, I'm pretty sure you can swing the 30$).

Cheers !

Remember all the profanity I used?? It's unlimited for all models of acadia, from basic to fully loaded!!

You can search multiple options and models within the acadia and it only counts as one report!!

Then perhaps you need to draw up a budget and then decide on your needs before you do anything else.

And to top it of, if you answer their "questionnaire" (which is like 2 little questions), you get 3 more, for a total of 13 :D

Test drive a lot of vehicles
Get an idea how much each will cost
Narrow down your field to three
Get an APA membership
Get the pre-arranged deals for your top three
Pick one

Could you please shine some light on how much would be the expected price through APA? Is it an invoice or invoice+? I see a challenge in getting realy close to the invoice price and if APA facilitates that challenge, I would not mind.

Depends on demand. The APA deal is simply a fair deal. You go into the APA-associated dealer, put the deal on the table, make a downpayment, and when it is ready, pay for or fill out the financing paperwork and pick up your car. Easy, painless, and a better deal than most people are capable of getting themselves. Even if you could beat it, it won't be by much.

Basically, for anyone asking basic questions about buying a vehicle on RFD, they would be best served by the APA deal. Of course, this doesn't stop them from buying the vehicle without it, then coming back to ask if they got a good deal.
