Bathtub HELP

I have purchased a townhome and the ensuite comes with a standard bathtub. I have a choice between standard (included), Soaker with skirt($700.00), or Soaker with Jet with skirt ($2,000.00).

My questions are as follows:

what is a soaker? Is it just deeper than the standard?

What is a "with skirt"?

Is $2,000.00 a lot for the jet? Are the jet's hard to keep clean?

What is a "with skirt"? I believe it's a side panel that matches the actual tub itself in the same colour and pattern.

Is $2,000.00 a lot for the jet? Are the jet's hard to keep clean? As for the price it would depend on the brand and model, which would tell you the amount of jets etc. Cleaning would depend on hard, soft water amount of use etc. View answers in red
