I just got a new Oak veneer dinette set and want to find out what is the best wood polish/cleaner I can get.
Any suggestions?

I would just use a damp cloth with or without a mild soap. If you are to use a chemical, you or the manufacturer/dealer will not know how the chemical will react to the wood/finish. Keep in mind most of the furniture we see out there is made in Asia. Besides, if you used a chemical to clean and the table got wreck, your warranty maybe voided.

It's veneer - I would use a moist cloth most of the time, and occasionally some soap if the table is extremely dirty.
