**BUYER BEWARE!!! 295.ca!!!**
UPDATE!! Continued from the previous post about claiming $145 from 295.ca!!
This is a WARNING to stay away from ALL business related to 295.ca, such as FreePhoneLine.com , as this unfortunate person has experienced:

I just searched "295 refund" and found the Terms of Conditions. I think this is a SCAM because they DO NOT explicitly tell you EVER (eg. sales rep) that whatever you pay is NON-REFUNDABLE!!
Even if they DON'T service at your site, they will accept your payment and LIE to you that they do indeed service your site. The technician shows up and go "oh too bad we don't service here. Yes you will get your refund." And then they will REFUSE the refund when the time comes!!! That's what happened to me!!
Please don't get scammed like me! I'm out of $145!! (btw it's $29.99 for internet + last month fee + connection fee + modem rental + tax. that's all added to get $145 of FREE MONEY TO THEM!!!)

Btw they also offer NO TECHNICAL OR BILLING SUPPORT!!! They have *NO CODES OF ETHiCS* meaning that they WILL NOT HESITATE on hanging up on you!!!
Example of my telephone conversation, the one I did just NOW!!!
Me: Can I speak to the Manager?
Then she was pretending she couldn't hear me.
Me: Really?
Woman: Yes...
Me: So you can hear me fine.
Woman: what is ur phone number
and then she was like "let me verify your account" (like wtf, she doesnt know what she's talking about)
and then she said she didn't receive response from the Refund Department yet.
And I was like - BEING REASONABLE (now I don't know why I wasted my time explaining): "I spoke to several agents and they haven't been able to do anything about it. so i want to speak to the manager. when is she available? is she in now?"
and she HUNG UP!!!
I know it's no the agent's fault, it's obviously that THE COMPANY does NOT want to deal with ANY Technical or Billing Support!!! To tell their staff "Yes it's OK to hang up on customers!"
What kind of business is this?!? A full-fledge scam!?
