My e71 has been having keyboard issues ( 7,8,9 dont work sometimes) , my phones under warranty i was wondering if you can actually go to the service center in New Market and drop it off or do you have to ship it?

Has anyone used their service?

Also i dont have the proof of purchase anymore.

Call Nokia and find out. IMEI number will be able to tell them its still under warranty if I am not mistaken. They will give you instruction on how it should be taken care of. Btw was this purchased in America? Because if it is an american version of the model, you have to ship it to america and have someone from America ship it back to you. They don't do international shipping.

Past experience btw.

Send an empty box that isn't the one which came with the phone and only include the phone. Don't send anything else.

I don't believe it should matter. Did you find out from them if it is still under warranty?

When I sent it in, I am 99% sure i kept my copy with me. If it has been noted in their system that an phone is expected then you should be fine. Just type out a note with your name, IMEI # along with the reason for RMA.

Was long because unfortunately, I had to go the american route because my repair parts were in the states (i.e. US verison of Phone). I sent my phone back around November, got it back roughly January if I am not mistaken. Customs was the main reason for delay + it was being shipped back from ohio by ground.
