I am scheduled to fly out on an international flight at 6 AM.
Current location is Square One area, Mississauga.
Therefore I have to either pay something ridiculous like $30 for a taxi, or get there much earlier on the Go Bus or Mississauga Transit, both of which close down around 1-2 AM.
Does anyone know of any reasonably priced ways of getting to Pearson at 3 AM?

take the bus and be there for 2.
Sleep at the airport until check in time.

i had early flight like yours before. when i arrive at 3, airline counter didn't open until 4 am and US customs didn't open until 4:30 am. you don't need to arrive that early.

GO Transit has a bus that leaves Square One directly to the Airport at 4:10am daily. If you happen to catch that bus, you'll end up at Terminal 1 around 4:30. The difficult part is if your flight leaves from Terminal 3, which will require you to take the LINK train and may delay your scheduling by maybe 10 minutes.
In that case, if you think you can go from check-in to baggage check to security to pat-down to gate in under 1h20, go for it. Otherwise, I'd play it safe and get there early.
To judge how early you should get there, I left home at 6, took the subway and a bus to the airport and arrived at around 7:10am. Flight leaves at 9:10am, and I got to my gate 30 minutes early. I was also secondary-screened at customs. And it was Family Day, and it was a US flight from Terminal 1.

If your airline has online check-in, using that may save some time.
Why are you still awake??

Yeah honestly, I wouldnt want to bother my friends for a lift at 4am. You gotta worry about the return favour.. haha. I'd rather pay $30.
