Where could I find size 28 dress pants?

I'm looking for plain black and plain gray size 28 dress pants that are slim fitting (tapered is ok).

I've tried MEXX, H&M (size 30 fits but not well), and Zara with no luck.

I had gotten plenty of size 28 pants for my brother at club monaco before. Mexx has them, but its hard rare.

I agree, department stores like Bay that carrys european brand might be a better bet for these sizes as people don't go there to look most time.

28" is typically in the XL size for kids/young adult. And yes, you should be able to go to most decent clothing stores and find something...

I seem to recall being around 5'6, 130-140 in middle school and always had dress clothes.

Check out the Gap. They sometimes stock size 28, if you don't see them on the shelf ask an associate to check the stockroom or another store.
