Helping out a friend here decide which graduate program to go for.
The biggest factor in decision making is job market current and possibly future. Also not sure which programs below lead to teaching or training as she is not interested in that. Her interest is in administration, management, social work, health related kinda thing etc.

Here are the choices listed from UofT, did not check other schools yet.

Adult Education and Counseling Psychology
Environmental Science
Global Affairs
Health Policy, Management & Evaluation
Human Development and Applied Psychology
Medical Science
Nutritional Sciences
Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy
Physical Therapy
Political Science
Public Health Sciences
Public Policy & Governance
Rehabilitation Science
Social Work
Sociology
Theory and Policy Studies in Education
Women & Gender Studies

I guess the question is which of the above is the most in-demand graduate degree and finding a job would be relatively easier/faster.

Thank you for your help.

Occupational Therapy
Physical Therapy

both are healthcare professional programs, both are very competitive to get in. the money is good, the employment rates are also some of the highest in Ontario according to OUAC. most of the programs you listed are research based, which means that the job markets are not so good (well for most of the research degrees).

There is a thread in the student forum solely dedicated to graduate studies, you should consult that for comments and experiences

Epidemiology/MPH, Biostatistics/statistics

As a contractor, you can earn at least $80/hour
Salaried, at least $100K/year

Experience is key in these fields though, and you have to work in research (either industry or healthcare/academia, with industry paying much more)
