Now with the US to CDN currency pretty equal, I was thinking about shopping with them. I know a couple of people have shopped from them and was hoping if they could give me some insight on their previous experience.

Was there any shipping costs ?
Brokerage fees ?
Shipping Time ?

Shipping was free; no brokerage fees. Shipping was sloooow though, took me about a month to receive my game after ordering. Some people have had problems getting their shipments or refunds, so I'd be careful.

BRUTAL experience. Took two months, and dozens of emails to finally get them to ship my order. Total nightmare.

It's a shame it was so bad as their prices were good.

First game I bought, got here late at around a month. And was shipped out actually later than what they said originally.

Second game, I never saw at all. They kept saying it was sent out and they offered to express me a new one a month and a half later. But the tracking number they gave out was actually for another person and wasn't mine. So I suspect nothing was actually sent out the whole time. I just did a charge back now as it's been more than three months since I was billed. I won't buy from them again. The customer support is nice enough to talk to but whoever is running the show clearly drops the ball repeatedly. It's like Jackle and Hyde.

i had a bad experience with them. never received my order however they did give me a refund, which took a while. they usually respond to e-mails quickly

Before ordering, read this thread (http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/buynextgen-wii-sports-resort-39-95-usd-free-shipping-769703/). A month and a half was about standard for receiving orders even though people were told their orders shipped a week after they ordered. Others never received their orders and had to request a refund. They also bill you at the time of order not when they ship. Personally, I wouldn't order from them again.

Shipping was free but I had to pay $5 Canada Post fee plus GST & PST on the purchase amount at the door. I always get digged by customs.

After 1 month and nothing in the mail box I asked them to ship it again and received the game 1 week later. I've just ordered an other game from them, no tax and no shipping fees.

I waited 7 weeks for Disgaea 3, an old ps3 game they should of had on hand. They claimed they shipped it in week 3, but after I waited a whole month, nothing. I talked to PayPal on the phone and I was past the 45 day wait... whoops. I called the credit card company and PayPal issued a refund within the hour! Won't be dealing with them again! Oh well I hear the game is coming to PSP.

Not happy here. Ordered on the 12th, and as of the 17th, my order hadn't even gone into the mail. Emailed them and they said the order was slated to go out on the 18th. As of the 20th (Friday), no confirmation that the order had moved atall.

Emailed them Friday morning, and again today. Haven't heard back.

I'm concerned. First time customer here and if it isn't in the mail by Monday, I will not be ordering from here again.

I would NEVER order from these guys again.

I ordered Valkyria Chronicles on the 20th of July. I finally got it around the beginning of October. They then promised me a slight refund for my troubles, probably around $10-15, but they seem to not wanting to give it to me and keep passing it off. I will NEVER go anywhere near these guys again after this, so be wary everyone.

Well, at least we know why they are called Buy "Next Gen". Because that's when you'll receive it: by the next generation.

Alright here's my experience with these guys:

Ordered a bunch of stuff because their prices were pretty good but after like 4 weeks with no package, they supposedly sent a "second" shipment. I eventually received the package but then an item is missing.
After numerous emails, they finally refunded me the money for the missing item but I would NEVER order from these guys again.
