hey all, my uncle who came up for the UFC yesterday brought me this amazing product from a local beehive place out in the boonies.. It is called Clovermead Apiares Creamed Summer Blossom Honey... let me just tell you that it is the best honey i've ever had and it goes awesome on bagels, toast, crackers, anything it seems like... a good way to enjoy a pretty amazing part of nature, its cool that a bunch of little bees can produce something so good

Has anyone seen this stuff for sale anywhere else other than Aylmer, Ontario?

"Each flower has a unique nectar which the bees collect and convert into honey. The taste and color vary."

it is not overly sweet or anything like that.. once you try it you wont want a bottle of billy bee ever again haha.. i bet it's great for you tea drinkers too

if anyone knows anything else about the product, like availability in the GTA, I'm all ears

There is a similar ultra white, creamed honey at Loblaw, called PC Organics.
Similar because it is clover based, but different as it comes from the Peace River valley, northwest corner of Alberta.
