Hi. I am wondering how belt sizes are given. Are they given starting from the smallest hole, the biggest hole, or from end to end?
I'm looking at this belt

There's no way it's really that long, 116cm is 45 inches!

not sure but this belt prolly have holes along the whole belt itself, i have one thats have holes all the way so i ddint need to worry about rather if the belt will fit my waist
its one size, so i guess it should be fine for u unless ur super obese
white one looks nice and good price considering strong cdn currency

then mabe u will need to loop it around a bit more
or cut off a bit at the one end if u can take off the buckle. not sure about that tho

I read somewhere that the size is measured from the middle hole. That is if the belt is 29, then it's 29 inches after buckling the belt using the middle hole.

That is correct.
