Where is uncle frank?

So i love Jimmy Kimmel, but part of what i love is Uncle Frank. He hasn't been on forever, and i was wondering if anyone knows why? I googled it and couldn't find any answers...

i had downloaded an episode from late september and he was there...maybe took time off

last night he was back... jimmy said he was "away for a few weeks getting pec implants".
who knows, just glad the best part of the show is back!
