French accents?

(I'll be heading to Québec, QC for a couple of days next month and I'm reading through some threads in the Travel forum to do some research.)

I'm wondering if there is a general issue with the display of accented characters (or is it just me)?

^^ Thanks, I did test with one accented character in my OP. I wonder if it has anything to do with edited posts.

We did run into an issue about 2 weeks ago that caused problems with certain characters. This affected posts made in the past but any edits/posts since that date should not have any issues.

This was an unfortunate incident and we are still looking into the issue to see if we can resolve it.
