Price Matching with Henry's/Aden etc.?

I'm sure most of you are familiar with www.photoprice.ca but does anyone know if BB/FS price matches against these places?

I've PMed a whole package at Best Buy before. Aden Camera had a T1i with 18-55mm along with a free 16gb SDHC card as a bonus. Best Buy PMed that package plus I had a $100 coupon which made it even better. :D

Best Buy & Future Shop will price match anyone's prices as long as they are a) Canadian; b) not online-only.

For the record, I haven't had any problems getting Henry's to price-match Aden as long as Aden's price is not below cost and they have it in stock (they pretty much list everything as in-stock on their website so that's never an issue). You don't get the 10% difference but I usually don't mind since Henry's has a very flexible return-policy which is something I find to be very important when purchasing a lens.

Henry's has always priced matched for me as long as it's a reasonable request (ie, the store with the better price is another camera store or a BB/FS type place that actually has a storefront somewhere). I've also brought back an item a few days after buying it and been given a small refund as the price had gone down.

I know people bash them all the time (their prices ARE a bit high) but their return policy + price matching makes them my go-to store.

i have never return a camera before, how does that work? let say i buy from future shop, do i have 14 days to return it for full refund?

They are pretty good about lenses. I bought the Nikon 16-85 from them on sale once, tried it for a day and decided to return it, very good lens but I wanted something with f/2.8. I cleaned it up and took it back the next day, they gave it a once over and gave me a full refund no questions asked.

ie. call into customer service when placing a over the phone order?
