error on page when editing posts

This has been going on for a few days now. When I edit my own posts and hit save it shows an error on the page and never goes to the saved edited post. It stays on the page with the edit box if that makes sense. It does save the edited post though if I refresh the thread.

Kaitlyn when I hit save the icon goes around and that it. At the bottom of the screen in the bar it just says "error on page".
