What online photo services print black & white photos. I need some printed for an upcomong birthday

you're better off converting to B&W yourself, using their printer profile (I print at costco so i use theirs) to tune it to your liking, then send it off.

Shoppers, Wal-Mart.
It's better to let their machine do any changes (colour to b/w, cropping etc). So if they are colour images, just submit them as colour and select B&W prints :)
What you see on your monitor may NOT be what you get in print, so fine tuning pictures on your PC may be dissapointing.

They already are blank & white (old photso scanned)

Ive went on their online sites and dont see anything about B & W printing?

It's rare to find an online service that will give you "true" B&W prints (on B&W paper) from a digital source. There are labs that do it, but it's a niche process still.
If your images are truly B&W (neutral colour) they will print as such on any decently calibrated minilab printer.

Went to London Drugs and they had B & W there. No sites had anything online I coud find, but had the option instore.
