Microstock agencies

I've read that it's better to upload to many agencies since there is so much competition. But what is the legal status of uploading the same photo to more than one agency?

I of course do not know ALL of them, but MOST of them have non-exclusive agreements so you can upload same file everywhere.

Some of them have an option to say it is exclusive to them and you'll get paid a little more.

As long as you do not claim your images to be exclusive, you are free to upload to as many as you want.

Most stock agencies I know of presume your images are non-exclusive unless you specify otherwise.
