YMMV as I can't confirm that other CT's are clearing these out.
Stouffville Canadian Tire has the following air tool kits on sale/clearance:
71 piece kit reg $279.99 (http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/6/Tools/1/CompressorsAirTools/AirTools/PRDOVR~0587909P/Mastercraft%2B71-piece%2BAir%2BTool%2BKit.jsp) down to ~$140 (Impact Wrench, Air Chisel, Air Ratchet, Air Grinder plus accessories) (Google cached link (http://74.125.113.132/search?q=cache:cBIwfaHsKnAJ:www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/6/Tools/1/CompressorsAirTools/AirTools/PRD~0587909P/Mastercraft%252B71-piece%252BAir%252BTool%252BKit.jsp+Mastercraft+71-piece+Air+Tool+Kit&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&client=firefox-a))
61 piece kit reg $249.99 (http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/6/Tools/1/CompressorsAirTools/AirTools/PRD~0587910P/Mastercraft%2B61-piece%2BAir%2BTool%2BKit.jsp) down to $62.49 (Impact Wrench, Air Chisel, Air Ratchet plus accessories...NO Air Grinder)
34 piece kit reg $239.99 (http://reviews.canadiantire.ca/9045/0587911P/reviews.htm) down to ~$68.49 (Impact Wrench, Air Chisel, Air Ratchet, Air Grinder plus accessories)
They were also clearing out Jobmate spray guns and ratchets for ~$14.
NB. The 71 piece kit was previously on sale in April 2008 for $98 (RFD link (http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/ct-mastercraft-71-piece-air-tool-kit-98-98-reg-279-99-a-618310/))

I have the the following kit (http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/6/Tools/1/CompressorsAirTools/AirTools/PRDOVR~0997941P/Mastercraft%2BAir%2BTool%2BKit%2Bwith%2BSpray%2BGu n.jsp) and the ONLY two tools I use to change my winter/summer tires is the impact wrench and the air gauge. I can safely say that to change your tire any kit will do HOWEVER please note that the bits are most likely ALL two small for the bolts on your car... I needed to wait until the following (http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/6/Tools/Sockets/SocketSets/PRDOVR~0587494P/Mastercraft%2BMaximum%2B11-pc%2BImpact%2BSocket%2BSet.jsp) kit was on sale to have everything.
I like my kit a lot ... I've been using it fpr 5-6 years now with no problems at all.
I suggest the 61 piece kit. The abrasive tips are useless in my opinion and the 34 piece kit seems two small.
Sorry for the long post.

I bought the 61 piece kit because it came with the tire inflator. The other small accessories included are things such as a balloon, ball inflator, screw driver bits, teflon tape etc. I was able to buy a separate Mastercraft grinder for $11.93. I didn't really need one since I already have a dremel, but it was dirt cheap.
If you just need the basic 4 tools then the 34 piece kit is perfect.
Here's the pic of the 34 piece kit.

I have the 71 piece kit... not too impressed with it.
The impact gun didn't work worth a damn, so i took it back to CT for replacement, the new one they gave me works, but it is nowhere near as powerful as it says it is. It's supposed to produce about 300 lb-ft of torque but it struggles just to remove my wheel lugs that are tightened to 90 lb-ft.
Note: I also have the Mastercraft electric 7.5 amp impact gun and it is WAY more powerful than the impact in this air tool kit, even though they both have about the same torque ratings.
I'm not impressed with the air ratchet in this kit either, it keeps ceasing up and you have to manually turn it with a wrench to free it up. It's a pain in the ass and generally more convenient to just use regular hand tools than it.

My experience exactly...that's why I upgraded to Ingersoll Rand and couldn't be happier...
