The price for 2009 Medela Advanced Pump in Style (either backpack or shoulder bag) is $275.
If you don't mind spend more then you can purchase Freestyle for $340.
Medela Swing is $159.
Another bonus is that they give you a letter that states that the pump is required to increase the milk supply and to feed the baby regularly. Apparently some private insurance will let you claim expenses for the breast pump if you have this letter.
