Great magazine!

The deal gets hotter! I just clicked on the link, then closed it and a window popped up offering US$12 for 12 issues!

False alarm. Just entered my country and the price changed to C$15. Still a great deal!

Watch out for the $36 every 3 months thereafter. So I guess you have to set a reminder to cancel.

Are you allowed to cancel after you use up the 12 issues?

I got this since early last year, and currently still receiving them at $15 for 12 issues. Every 3 months they sent me an advanced notice for the price and the date they will charge to my credit card.

The price stayed the same at $15 USD for 12 issues.

So what's the rate after 3 months? Does it go up?

So what's the rate after 3 months? Does it go up?

No. I have been subscribing the Economist for over 15 months with no problems, always 15 CAD for 12 issues.:)

So what's the rate after 3 months? Does it go up?

Yes, according to the website

"Please sign me up for continuous service. I will pay just C$15 for my first 12 issues (84% savings off the cover price) and then C$36 every 3 months thereafter."

First 12 issues (3 months) = $15
After that, every 12 issues (3 months) = $36

Whoever got it to continue at $15/3 mo is lucky!

You have to cancel it if you don't want it any more after the first 12 issues:
"Your subscription will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain a subscriber."
