no reason to buy a60hz 1080p lcd

Why not if the price is hot? There are lots of great tv's that are 60hz, 1080p and lcd.

200$ off is a pretty great deal. And since Samsung is the best of it's kind when it comes to T.V's I would go out and get it, but I already have one lol.

every version of the coupon i have seen says it expires on Oct 31.

also, you can get 120hz for about 1500-1700, not samsung, but sharp or toshiba. why settle for an older model samsung?

I have this TV, got it at best buy in August for 1499. It is great for blu-rays, amazingly clear.

Kinda crazy. I bought the Samsung 52A530 for 1299 plus taxes back in February. Beautiful TV by the way. I would still buy another one if it came on sale for 1299 and that is almost 10 months later!!

I have yet to see any deals similar to what I have got and I figured that TV prices were always on their way down.

Really disapointed since I have been looking for several months to buy a TV for my parents. I'm in no rush though. But still disapointed. $1499 is a good price though for an excellent TV.

Why not if the price is hot? There are lots of great tv's that are 60hz, 1080p and lcd.

because you'll be getting less detail than a 720p plasma

60hz 1080p lcds typically offer around 400 lines of motion resolution
