There will be one (1) prize awarded consisting of one (1) 2009 Nissan Altima Sedan, T4RG19 CA00. Approximate retail prize value is $27,998.00.
HOW TO ENTER:
Option 1. A holder of an M&M Max card will automatically receive one entry into the Contest by using his/her M&M MAX card with a qualifying purchase at a participating M&M Meat Shops store from Friday, October 16, 2009 through to close of business on Friday, November 6, 2009. Maximum one entry per person, per day, per household. The purchase of one or more gift card(s) is not a qualifying purchase.
OR
Option 2. A holder of an M&M Max card will automatically receive three entries into the Contest by using his/her M&M MAX card with a qualifying purchase of $29.00 or more at a participating M&M Meat Shops store, from Friday, October 16, 2009 through to close of business on Friday, November 6, 2009. Maximum three entries per transaction, per day, per household. Purchases of Gift Cards and Taxes excluded.
Option 1 and Option 2 cannot be combined. Maximum three entries per transaction, per day, per household.
Option 3. To submit a “no purchase” entry, send your complete name, address and home telephone number (include area code) and M&M MAX card number along with a 50-100 word essay telling us why you would like a new 2009 Nissan Ultima, to M&M Meat Shops Head Office “2009 Anniversary Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 2488, Kitchener, Ontario N2H 6M3.
Limit of one “no purchase” entry per separate envelope bearing sufficient postage. To be eligible to win, mail-in entries must be must be postmarked by Friday, November 6, 2009 and received by close of business Tuesday, November 10, 2009.
