Free advertising from Rogers

I'm not a small business owner but I wanted to share this. Rogers is doing a promotion to win $20,000 in free advertising. The cool thing is there is no purchase required. it's a simple entry form.

What you do is use a tool to upload or create your own banner ad to be placed on the Celebrate Small Business site and the potential to be featured on other Rogers web sites.
