this deal is for Amazon.com - however if I remember correctly - .COM does ship to Canada for video games.

No they don't ship all Video Games in Canada (or we pay really high shipping). So the deal is only good for those with USA address.

It's not such a great deal even if you manage to get to the "Place an Order" screen since you'll notice shipping and import fees drive it upto an extra $29US which is what I got by checking this out

damn i was hoping this would work with any of their games and ship to canada.
it's proving impossible to get the hardened edition of Modern Warfare 2 in canada, and amazon.com has it.

If any of you guys have a Visa, you can use their Borderlinx service to have the ability to ship from the States to Canada. The only catch is that you'll have to pay duties and taxes on whatever it is that you buy, but you get 15% off their shipping price. Not sure if this will help, but it's just a suggestion.
