not a hot deal, but still save $5 from other retailers (Wal-Mart, EB), not too sure if it will be the regular price when the game comes out, it could be (economy going back up?), I am still hoping it will go back to the normal 59.99 for new release.

If it goes on the flyer, you could always PM somewhere, and the pro of preordering from FS is they will sell the item at the price you preordered, the con, it's the with preorders, you never know when you will get it.

great example, I found a price error on the first day they have NBA 2k10 on ps3 for 59.99, then also applied the 10 off 50 at the time (no longer valid to use today), so I would be getting the game for 49.99 with free shipping (compare to 69.99 everywhere else), the only thing is, each stores are slowly getting their stocks in, and online still says out of stock, so I will have to wait a little bit more. Is the wait worth 20 bucks savings? of course, as NHL 10 is keeping me really busy ;)

hopefully they will have another 10 off 50 before the game release.

Cool, ill have to keep an eye on this. Although its still a bit too high for me (especially since I own Burst limit and wasnt impressed).

this is by far the toughest time of the year for us gamers and rfders, as sales could happen any week, and with x-mas closing by. I am going to be buying Mario and Sonic Winter Olympic game today (for wii), but was really undecided, games aren't cheap anymore like it used to be.

i think most of us would remember the HMV boxing day sale, LBP for 29.99, along with many other games for 29.99 as well, LBP today still sells for 59.90-69.99.

games like dragon ball seems to drop in price after a year or 2, which is a pretty long wait, i think Burst Limit still sells for about 40 new.

dynasty warrior gundam 2 on the other hand, was 69.99 when it came out, now it's 49.99 at hmv, which is a hot price if you want that game (i got mine on ebay a month or 2 before it released here, jap/kor version) for about 55 after shipping.

really hit and miss

Most game drop by 10 or 20 % in 2 or 3 months. So patience pays if youre willing to hold on a game. I used to get every game on launch, and I didnt have time to play them all, so being more organized saves me some money.

Btw I ve seen burst limit for 20$, I think it was walmart or ts.

And I think you won't see any big sales on new releases before christmas is over. This is the time where all the kids go " I want this, I want that" , why drop the price now.

Considering what is price of "blast" now, I think this game will drop to 29.99 Dec or so..............

I will wait then

judging by the preview, i don't think this will drop in price in the same pattern as the burst limit. the old one is just horrendous. the only reason i bought and played it is i'm a real dragonball fan.

this is not a deal at all. i preordered at eb last week for $64.99. it is not being pushed for marketing since it is not even in the t3g1f list. so that might be the regular price.

i may be able to get burst limit for cheaper then. i'll just buy it for collection since i am also getting raging blast.

anyone seen naruto ultimate ninja storm for ps3 below $40? i made a stupid mistake of trading it in for $35 to preorder brutal legend. they now sell it for $64.99 used.
