WTF? The Cleveland Show is in HD while Family Guy and American Dad are not.
The first 5 minutes of the first episode where good, and I never bothered to watch anymore.

Why did they kill off King Of The Hill to bring us some more Seth MacFarlane garbage :(

Cleveland show is not the best but its still quite good.

I never quite understand the humor of King of the Hill and was surprised to see it not cancelled further.

Seth MacFarlane makes good shows. Family Guy is particularly great and better than a lot of cartoons on TV nowadays.

I don't understand why everything hasn't moved to HD yet but they will probably do it eventually as even South Park has moved into that realm.

Simpsons HD is fantastic, the visual is as good as the movie imo

I think the show is okay for now. It's got some hilarious moments and has potential to be good. Not many people gave King of the Hill or Futurama much of a chance when it first started.

On a side note, does anyone remember Sit Down, Shut Up? It was done by the cast of Arrested Development and replaced King of the Hill earier this year... before King of the Hill came back for their last few episodes. I thought that show was really good. Hope that show wasn't cancelled. That had lots of potential.

I am a huge Family Guy fan, and am sorry to say that to me there is nothing funny in the Cleveland Show. Even the worst FG eps would have that one moment where you would laugh out loud.

They made a joke in the 1st ep about "white guys writing a black show". That is exactly how it feels to me...not funny.

For animated sitcom's, its pretty simple

Futurama>South Park>The Simpsons>Family Guy>King of the Hill>American Dad>>>The Cleveland Show

I watch about the first half of the first episode. I totally lost interest once they left quahog.

I guess I never found clevend entertaining (except his bit parts).

I still watch family guy though.

I actually forced myself and watched the first three episodes and its not funny. It had one or two funny moments where I laughed maybe for 2 seconds. I am a huge family guy fan as well and I find that hilarious.

I guess we have to wait maybe after a season after the characters have been developed and we may grow to like it.

Futurama is coming back but expect it to be nowhere near as good as before..

It will end up just like Family guy with less witty humor.. more cheap/crude jokes.

=/ They have different writers, so that's irrelevant. Plus, the 4 movies were pretty good imo.

Not one of my favorite characters, maybe the weakest to deserve a spinoff IMO.

I agree for the most part, except I would put American Dad before King of the Hill. Recently I would put American Dad above Family Guy, but it would keep that 4th place spot ONLY because of seasons 1-3 which were amazing.

Watched 3 or 4 episodes already, and it's like watching paint dry. I keep expecting it to get better. Cleveland is just a really mundane character who has his moments, but only in small doses.

Quagmire can't get his own show silly. He's a side character, good for those random bits. Like comic relief in a play.

Go hunt down some British sitcoms online or something if you can't find enough funny on the networks.

Cleaveland show ends king of the hill. :( I wasn't a fan of king of the hill but it was sorta something you get accustomed to on Sunday night.

I haven't seen the Cleaveland show, I probably won't since I don't really enjoy Family Guy/Simpsons anymore.

Yeah, Simpsons was good, but not just season 1-3. I would say season 1-8 were awesome!

As for American Dad, I actually enjoy it alot. Have seen all the episodes dispite people criticizing it being a rip off of FG. I don't think so, I find it more enjoyable and less random and stupid than FG. imho!

They need to separate the shows.
Sun: The simpsons
Tues: Family guy
Wed: American dad
Thurs:The Cleveland show
Fri: King of the hills (dead)
Sat: Futurama (dead)

What you think of this idea?
because right now on Sundays all these shows are competing against eachother :(

Simpsons was in its prime when Conan was writing for them. I would say seasons 1-8 is fairly accurate but I would actually extend that to 10 or 12. I watched "Homer to the Max" this past weekend (10x13) and my gut was hurting from laughing at one point. No recent animated shows can produce that anymore for me.

FOX aired live Game 6 of the ALCS. That game was delayed from Saturday due to rain. Global showed repeats.

Nah you can't split them into different days. I like being able to sit down at 8 pm if I'm home Sunday night and watch an hour and a half of TV.

Although to be fair, FOX airs a lot of garbage TV with all these reality shows and competitions.

i really don't find the cleveland show, it's not that funny but me and a friend recently started liking some of the newer fam guy and simpsons (which are usually *****) and our conclusion is that by watching the cleveland show you wanna watch any other show cause the cleveland show is so bad.

Unfortunately, that would defeat the purpose of FOX Sundays nights .

Also, I read that King of the Hill was the second longest running animated TV series. First being the Simpsons. Not sure if this is just on the FOX network.

Simpsons was in its prime when Conan was writing for them. I would say seasons 1-8 is fairly accurate but I would actually extend that to 10 or 12. Agreed, there were some really good ones in season 9/10. Granted there were some awful ones where I just started losing interest. For example the one where everyone found out Ned Flanders was really 65.. I mean come on.. did they just run out of storylines that week? Or the one when Seymour Skinner was really a freud who stole his commanding officer's name. (imo)

during weekdays?

instead of w/e shows they show on 10-11pm

they can show these episodes on weekdays AS WELL.

i agree with this. they often show re-runs of family guy.. it would be nice if those re-runs were of recent episodes not ones from the first few seasons.
