Setting up a "watch" term alert

Is it possible to setup a "watch" word on the RFD forums?

For example, I'd like to get an email alert anytime a thread/post is submitted with the words "Denon" or "Klipsch".

Some sites have this, like Monster.ca gives me a daily summary of jobs with certain "watch" words in my area.

This sort of functionality would be great if you had a purchase in mind and are waiting for a sale.

I have tried to find something like this and if it exists, I missed it. It would be pretty great.
