I've only ordered once (besides the recent order I just placed) and it came in a bubble wrap package with a forever 21 logo on it. I don't know, maybe it depends on how many items you ordered? At the time, I only ordered one thing.

i'm weary about ordering from F21 online because their sizing is SO inconsistent and products usually look at lot different in person than online...that, and they have a really crappy return policy (no returns, exchanges/store credit only)

Yeah, when it's a small order, it's in a "bubble wrap package". I've gotten orders from them in 2 days which is really good.

i should've held myself back.. received my order today and exactly as what u said.. the colors are different and they look better online =p hehee..
not only that, this is what make this even worse:
online order can only be returned through mail.. and buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. yayy!
