Entry Limits: There is a limit of one (1) Main Entry during the Contest Period per person and email address. There is a limit of seventy-five (75) Additional Entries per person and email address during the Contest Period. Any individual user may use only one (1) email address to enter the Contest.
For the purposes of this Contest, whenever used in these rules, “Entry” shall mean and refer to the Main Entry and Additional Entries collectively.
You can receive additional entries (the “Additional Entries”) for referring friends or relatives to the Contest during the Contest Period.
PRIZE
Grand Prizes: There is ONE (1) grand prize available to be won. The grand prize consists of:
Return economy airfare for two (2) to Nashville, Tennessee.
Two (2) night’s hotel accommodation for two (2), double occupancy in Nashville, Tennessee.
Two (2) tickets to see Carrie Underwood perform at the Grand Old Opry at the Ryman on November 14, 2009.
Two (2) passes to meet Carrie Underwood.
Winner’s or Winner’s guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over 18 years of age. The value of the prize will vary, depending on the location of the major Canadian airport. Based on a Vancouver departure, total approximate retail value of this prize is $3000. All expenses not expressly included in the above prize description including, without limitation, hotel accommodations and transportation (other than as detailed above in the prize), overnight layover, if any, meals, room service, taxes, gratuities, accident insurance, travel insurance, health/medical insurance, excess baggage costs, in-room movies, taxis, parking and other incidental costs are the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner’s guest. Any portion of the prize that remains unused becomes the property of the Sponsor. The Winner’s guest must meet the eligibility criteria in Rule 3 above. The Winner and Winner's guest must depart from and return to the same airports. The Winner and the Winner's guest must be able to travel on November 13, 2009 and return on November 15, 2009, or forfeit the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner's guest to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and/or visas if applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Except where otherwise specified in these Contest rules (the “Rules”), all reservations will be regulated by the terms and conditions for each respective component of the prize. The Winner’s guest shall comply with the Rules. The Contest Sponsor makes no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to safety, or performance, of the prize.
