Bored To Death created by Jonathan Ames about the misadventures of a fictional Jonathan Ames, a Brooklyn writer who pursues his dream of worshipping heroes from private eye novels. The series stars Jason Schwartzman as Jonathan; Ted Danson as George Christopher, Jonathan's needy publisher boss; and Zach Galifianakis as Jonathan's friend and comic book illustrator Ray Hueston.
