Via regular mail by printing your full legal name, city or town of residence, telephone number, and email address on a 3” by 5” piece of paper, and mailing it to ”Future Shop – Fuji Test Drive Contest”, 8800 Glenlyon Parkway, Burnaby, BC, V5J 5K3.
