Any recomended TV repair in mississauga?

i have a problem with my friends 46" Panasonic rear projection tv, its 7 years old. its giving blue and yellow arcs on the bottom of the screen. im guessing the IC's that deal with convergence have gone bad. any one recommend a good tv repair shop. i called one and they gave me a quote for $500 (300 for parts and 200 for labor). is that normal??

I had a similar problem with my Sony and it costed $350 for the repair. They came to my house to do the repair too.

In hind sight, I should have just tossed the TV and purchased a new LCD.
