Hey guys, I'm looking for something like this:

Basically I want to transfer some old VHS in to DVD. All I need to is to capture sound and video through Components (Yellow, Red, White). I don't need something fancy because I want to spend as little as possible...heh hence not looking for captures cards that is over 30.
I'm trying to keep the budget under 25 or so. Hopefully someone doesn't have its use anymore and willing to part cheap :D
