I notice on some sites that contain popup flash ads or imbeded flash ads that they don't appear at all on Google Chrome
I moved back to Firefox however because Google Chrome while its running is a resource hog, i was unable to burn a CD/DVD while browsing the web with Google chrome but Had no problems doing so with Firefox and Internet Explorer
So Firefox, i like it overall but i'd like to get rid of the flash ads if possible

Try opera.
You can custom block sites (built in), or google opera ad blocker (its just a text file plugin).
I see no ads what so ever. Like I mean none.

Adblock Plus does a good job. Play around with the settings to get it exactly how you want it.

If you want to go crazy and basically block a lot more flash/java stuff, look up NoScript.

Although it could be overkill for some.

Get "NoScript" for firefox, although it isn't an ad block per se but because it prevents scripts from running thus no flash ads.

I use Flashblock extension, which disables all Flash, but can be re-enabled with a click. The nice thing is that even when disabled, it will show an icon where the Flash app is, and you can run that specific Flash app by clicking on the icon.
