Dead pixel in LCD TV??

I picked up a 32" RCA LCD TV at walmart on friday and set the tv up today.When it was up and running I noticed a tiny blue dot on the sceen( it was really noticable when the channels went black between changing channels).What I am wondering is if this is a dead pixel? Can they also get worse as time goes on?

usually that's a stuck pixel and majority of the time it can be fixed.

just run this program for about 30 mins - 1hr and should be fine

Thanks, now another question would you try and fix it or would you return it to the store for a refund?

Well if you can fix it then go for it. If you can't then exchange it.
