I have an number of landline phones and lately I've been getting them at Canadian Tire/Future Shop/other generic retailers just because of convenience.
However, I find that they appear to be made out of cheap plastic, and that the mounts are misshapen or poorly designed such that they don't even hang up properly.
I want something that isn't crap.
Could someone let me know where I can buy a good landline phone that will hang up easily (whether wall-mounted or desk-mounted), has a decent call display screen, and a decent volume slider?
Incidentally, I would be interested in knowing of brands of cordless landline phones that are similarly dependable.
