Heading the to States tomorrow - deals?

What are some items that are better priced in the states? My wife and I are expecting out first in March.

Target has glass bottles that I understand are a good deal.

What else should we look at?

What items are not much of a deal?

We found breast pumps were much cheaper in the states. (Target, Babies R Us). You can check yourself on the respective websites.

There's also a great Carter's outlet in Buffalo for baby clothes.

Stay away from car seats because they need to be purchased in Canada in order to be used here.

Overall I wouldn't go too crazy with the US shopping trip--we purchased a lot in expectation but we ended up not needing some of the things we purchased...everyone's going to be different and their needs are also going to be different as well.
