this is the snow leopard upgrade disk you get in the mail if you're eligible for $13.95 + tax. its still in the mailing package and unused. there is no retail box.
willing to sell for $15.
ok so i opened the mailing package just to take a pic:

obviously if you're eligible for the upgrade price you don't want this. otherwise you're out $35 retail price for SL (though i guess you get a box or something)
gta area (preferably roncy/queen west area) or mail for an extra $1 or whatever it costs.
